It is installed now for 2 weeks, and it makes my computer very slow, pages won't load and freeze often.I have to keep it on for another two weeks to earn some money. Nortons (Symantec) says, it's 'bad' after running their Power Eraser. Any advice? Thanks.

We all know that GFK is a research company that pays individuals to take surveys and count various browsing habits, therefore I don't think it's a virus, as long as you've downloaded the installation package. However, Norton can also give a false positive even if the software can be legit and installed properly from the developer's website. Keep the software until you finish the job with it, then completely remove it from your PC. Try using Revo Uninstaller. It will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
My GFK monitor icon is on the bottom right to see, but it's reading not logged in. Also the pop up GFK monitor's stopped appearing at all too.

Firstly, I would recommend reinstalling the product. In many cases, you can simply reinstall the application and everything will be back to normal. However, if this doesn't work properly, then you can use the available email as instructed on the official website to contact the developers. They should provide you with another version or give you additional instructions about this.
I want to remove GfK Internet-Monitor. Can you help?

In order to uninstall the software, reboot your computer, press the F8 key to enter in Safe Mode, go to Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program, select the GfK Internet-Monitor software from the list, press Uninstall, follow the on-screen instructions, and reboot the PC again. Alternatively, you can remove the software using a utility from the database of Software Informer. These tools will remove the program by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
The application features its own uninstaller. This means you can use Add or Remove programs to remove it from your computer. If you have problems doing this, try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
After that, try running AdwCleaner to make sure that there are no leftover rogue registry keys or toolbars in your system.

Also, check that your firewall allows GfK Internet-Monitor to connect to the Internet.
